WHAT IS TAEKWONDO ?

Taekwondo is one of the most systematic and scientific Korean traditional martial arts, that teaches self defence and more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind.

Taekwondo is a good self defence as well as an Olympic sport, and it is in Asian Games, National Championship, University Games, CBSE Schools Meet and RDS & BDS School Meets. In Taekwondo two forms of competition are there: 1. Kyorugi (sparring) 2. Poomsae (shadow sparring).
